MAY 2025 - WEST PERTH
AS A Former heavyweight strength athlete, I am undaunted by big jobs. I was hired by an organisation, that was expecting a team, to demolish. the interior of these West Perth offices. An area of approximately fifty square meters. I did the work myself and still finished half a day ahead of schedule.
This included pulling carpet, stripping vinyl tiles, dismantling of furniture, fittings and cabinetry, removal of heavy glass panels, some wet wall demolition, removal of all waste materials and site cleanup upon completion.
I am a one-man team, doing the work of two-and-a-half people. And did I mention I also lop big trees?
